THE
ROLE
Purpose
Manage the overall
service to provide a complete range of activities to enhance the
Business Unit Performance.
Main Duties
- Develop a
culture of integration across all departments in the Business
Unit office
- Strive for
exceptional business returns for the organisation.
- Develop
and maintain organisation and management systems to provide optimum
service level.
- Delivery
of improvement and cost reduction across all services provided.
- Maximise
the benefits of new technology available through the market-place.
- Establish
optimum interfaces with other regional offices.
- Financial
authority as per delegation list.
- Ensure adequate
delegation of authority.
- Custodian
of Level 1 of the management system manual
Health and
Safety Responsibilities
Ensure all activities
are performed in a safe, environmentally responsible manner with
integrity and quality delivering HS&E targets.
THE PERSON
Qualifications
Degree Level
and/or MBA
Experience/Skills
- 15 Previous
experience in the Energy Industry
- 5 years Management
of a UK/International business of similar size
- Excellent
people skills both with colleagues and customers
